Small surprises can mean so much:
“I want to see where this leads.”
The happiest words heard this year.
They may seem tiny. Unobtrusive. Neutral. Full of such wiggle room.
You cannot begin to imagine the peace they create, the anxieties they allay.
All was right with the world in those seven words.
I want to see, too.
